Commonality Architecture was born out of the belief that projects thrive in collaborative environments. We are passionate about working with like-minded people that share a common interest in working together to achieve the best possible outcome for our community, our clients, and our environment. What does that mean exactly? Well, a couple of different things. We work in collaboration with owners, builders, and consultants to work through ideas and design problems in order to come up with the most practical yet innovative solution. We also use 3D Modeling software to help you visualize the end result but also integrate our work with other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.). We are also passionate about building science and designing buildings that perform well in our climate.
